Sydney is an events management professional and artist manager. Past work experience was with festivals in Toronto and abroad, such as National Canadian Film Day, the Edinburgh Fringe, and 150 Neighbours at the University of Toronto Scarborough. Sydney graduated with a Masters in Festival and Event Management from Edinburgh Napier. She has started up her own artist project management service, Porchfront Collective, while working full-time as the Programming Coordinator within the Department of Arts, Culture and Media at UTSC.

Ashley Lyn-Sue has over 10 years of experience working in the Canadian music industry across the areas of marketing, live events, brand partnerships, and project management. She offers her expertise to assist talent on the Porchfront roster with business development, administration concert promotion, and tour management. Ashley is in charge of driving and supporting activities that align with artist revenue goals and spearheading business operations to ensure that sponsorship goals are met on a consistent basis.
